Brad A. Theriot, DDS
Dr. Theriot is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. A Texan by birth, he grew up on Air Force bases around the world as the son of a career officer. Family ties to Louisiana led Dr. Theriot to undergraduate studies at the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette, where he received his Bachelor's degree in 1977. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1981 from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans.
Dr. Theriot conducted an internship for Dental and Oral Surgery at the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport from 1981-1982. He then entered the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where he completed an internship in Anesthesiology in 1983 and his Oral and Maxillofacial residency in June of 1986. Dr. Theriot joined our group in July of 1986. His current emphasis is in dental implantology and associated reconstruction techniques.
