Michael P. Ding, DDS, MD

Dr. Michael P. Ding is the newest addition to the Austin OMS team of doctors, joining the group in July 2010. Dr. Ding received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University prior to attending Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas for his Doctor of Dental Surgery. He then attended Texas Tech University School of Medicine to obtain his Doctor of Medicine where he had the honor of graduating Valedictorian of his class. After medical school, Dr. Ding returned to Dallas where he completed an internship in General Surgery at Baylor University Medical Center before concluding his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Baylor College of Dentistry.

Dr. Ding has lectured nationally on topics such as craniofacial reconstruction and the management of facial trauma. He actively serves on medical and dental mission trips, caring for patients with cleft lip and palate, post-traumatic injuries and other surgical needs.
